The Legal Help Desk (LHD) is one of the programs of the NUCESO, Inc. thru ACE, Inc. in which it aims to provide members guidance on the legal procedures and requirements in the preparation of responses as far as answering complaints that are lodged before the office of the Ombudsman.

 

Scope of Services:

Legal Help Desk shall provide legal assistance to NUCESO members.

Services include:

• Guidance on information/requirements upon receiving complaint over the phone and walk-ins.

• Legal advice and counseling.

• Receiving of pledging/motions prepared.

• Render comments on issues that delve upon legal aspects of complaints.
